Uladzislau BELAVUSAU (Uładzisłaŭ BIEŁAVUSAŬ)

Doctoral (PhD) researcher at the European University Institute (Florence, Italy). He holds a Master degree (LL.M) in European Law from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium – 2007) and a qualification of the “Specialist in International Law” from the Belarusian State University (2006). Professional interests cover Human Rights, European Law (including EU\EC Law of External Relations, Fundamental Rights and Common Market, Labour and Social Law), Constitutional Theory and Sociology of Law.

Siarhei BOHDAN (Siarhiej BOHDAN)
Editor (head of the political science section)

MA in Political Science (European Studies Programme, European Humanities University, 2007), “Specialist in International Relations” (Belarusian State University, 2004). Professional interests cover Islamic theology, national liberation movements of the Middle East, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. He is also a long-standing commentator for the journal “ARCHE” and weekly “Naša Niva” as well as a translator from English, German, Turkish and Persian.

Hanna ZHARABTSOVA (Hanna ŽARABCOVA)

Lawyer. In 2006 she graduated from the Law Faculty (Department of Economic Law) of the Belarusian State University. Currently she works as a legal adviser. Her professional interests cover Civil, Commercial and Labour law as well as Legal Aspects of the Economic Activities.

Tatsiana KULIASHOVA (Taciana KUŁAŠOVA)

Currently she receives her LL.M degree at the Stockholm University, Sweden. In 2007 she graduated from the International Law Department of the Belarusian State University. She has been specializing in European Law. Professional interests cover Law & ICT, Legal Informatics, Law of Mass Media, Human Rights, European Law and Integration, Democratic Transhumanism.

Aliaksandr MARTYNAU (Aleś MARTYNAŬ)

PhD candidate (interni doctorant) at Political Science and European Studies Department of Palacký University (Olomouc, Czech Republic). Born in Tbilisi, Georgia in 1985, Alexander Martynau finished his secondary education in Belarus and graduated summa cum laude from Minsk State Linguistic University (2007), Faculty of Cross-Cultural Communication.

Volha PARFENCHYK (Volha PARFIENČYK)

Currently she receives her LL.M degree at the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. In 2007 she graduated from the International Law Department of the Belarusian State University (“Specialist in International Law”). Professional interests cover European Constitutional Law, Copyright and Patent Law, Global IP Issues, Biopiracy, Theory of Legal Transplants, Sociology of Law, WTO Law, Human Rights and Cultural Relativism.
