Such a provision is given in the new civil procedural code of Ukraine. Pardon Granting | Alaksandra Rahažynskaja | 13.09.2005 On September 12, 2005 the President of Belarus signed an Edict #426 “On the introduction of amendments and alterations to the presidential Edict #250 dated December 3, 1994. The edict contains provisions on the order of granting pardon in Belarus and has already been edited several times, including June 20, 2005. The Edict “On the Raising of Working Pensions” | Volha Parfienčyk | 05.09.2005 On August 27 the President of the Republic of Belarus signed an edict “On the raising of working pensions”. According to the enactment the rate of working pensions will be calculated from the average wage rate for the second quarter of 2005 which is 468,725 BYR.
