On November, 14 2006 the President of the Republic of Belarus signed an edict № 671 “On some features of the order of granting and requisitioning plots” (further on - edict № 671).

The edict № 671 approves the Regulation on the order of granting and requisitioning plots in Minsk and regional centres to and from legal persons and private proprietors in order to build permanent structures, as well as introduces some alterations and additions into the edict of the president of the Republic of Belarus № 58 “On some issues on granting and requisitioning plots” of 28.12.2006.

Control over the execution of the signed document is imposed on the Committee of State Control of the Republic of Belarus.

The edict № 671 comes into power on January, 1 2007 and is applied to the relations terminated till the date of edict’s coming into force.
