The enactment of the Ministry on Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus №66 of June, 6 2006 introduces alterations and additions into the Instruction on the order of calculating and paying ecological tax. In principle, this is another edition of the Instruction.

In accordance with the adopted enactment the payers of the ecological tax are to present to the inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties the adjusted data of tax statement for the period of May-June 2006. Besides, the payers should effect additional payment of taxes and duties by June, 18 2006. In case the payment is done by the abovementioned term no economic sanctions or fines will be imposed.

The enactment comes into force on the day of its official publishing.
