The law of the Republic of Belarus ¹138-Ç of June, 29 2006 introduced alterations into the Labour Code of the Republic of Belarus.
The alterations touch upon article 255 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Belarus titled “restricting combining jobs”. In particular, the adopted law exacts that the head of an organisation is prohibited to hold payable office save in teaching, medical practise, scientific and other creative work.
The law ¹138-Ç of June, 29 2006 comes into force 10 days after it is officially published.
