Duplicating TV Programmes from February, 1 2007

Ukrainian National Rada for TV and radio broadcasting cut the term of switching from subtitling TV programmes to their dubbing from March,1 2007 to February, 1 2007.
In accordance with the decision of the National Rada passed on July, 5 2006 in Kyiv, the final switch to dubbing TV programmes must be carried out on February, 1 2007.
