The enactment of the Ministry of Health Care of the Republic of Belarus №40 of June, 1 2006 establishes a list of medical prescriptions allowing not to fasten passenger safety belt.

In accordance with the abovementioned enactment such prescriptions are:

• the disease of central nervous system with acute hyperkinetic syndrome;
• generalized itching, bullous and weeping dermatoses;
• the disease of the organs of breath with cardiopulmonary decompensation of the third stage;
• ankylosing spondylitis, rhizomelic and visceral forms with the third stage of functional impairment;
• deforming darsapaties of the third and fourth stages with evident defects of external breathing function.
