On June, 14 2006 the enactment of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus №748 adopted the Regulation on the order of issuing and the terms of use of a single ticket.

The adopted Regulation comprises the order of issuing and the terms of use of a single ticket given out to orphans and juveniles under no guardianship. Other group of juveniles liable to a single ticket are as follows: those residing in boarding schools, special state institutions for the underaged who are in need of social rehabilitation and aid; those residing in children’s houses of family type, children’s villages; those living in an adopted family or in a family of a guardian and enrolled in preparatory courses of state higher and professional education institutions or studying in state institutions providing full-time professional, specialised and higher education.

The losses suffered by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus from the introduction of a single ticket will be reimbursed from the national budget. The single ticket funds will make a separate budget article as early as in 2000.

The Enactment of the Council of Ministers of the republic of Belarus №748 of June, 14 2006 enters into force 10 days after its official publications.
