Second Printed Issue of “Praŭnik” | Editorial Board

Dear reader! The editorial board of “Praŭnik” is happy to announce the emergence of the second printed issue of our journal. 

Various fields of legal realm are presented in the issue, with the stress made on the legal aspects of Internet existence and functioning. The latter has proven to be nowadays not only an inalienable instrument of human communication and receiving information, but also the area, effecting grossly the introduction of new forms of economic activity and the unceasing improvement of legislation in with the aim to make it correspond to reality. That is why the lion’s share of articles is devoted to this very phenomenon of modern life. Besides, the problems of human rights protection and their preservation remain by the state bodies remain topical, along with the possibility of their legal abridgement. The novelty of the second printed issue is the introduction of the section “European law”, which is viewed by the lawyers as a unique system of legal norms having so far no analogues worldwide. Apart stands the article dealing with the electoral law of Belarus. Its appearance in the issue is timed to the March presidential elections in our republic. The article is by no means aimed to analyse the political aspects of the event but rather approaching it through the prism of current Belarusian legislation.

In view of this important event, we would like to inform all the interested readers about the way of procuring the new issue. The first ten people to make a reservation via Internet will receive a copy of a second printed issue. To do so, one needs to send an e-mail to the address of our Journal praunik@praunik.org .
