Constitutional court decides on personal numbers | Śviatłana Łakotka

On December, 6 2005 the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus looked into a collective appeal of the deputies of the House of Representatives on personal passport numbers.  

The appeal was initiated by the complaints of believers, who rejected passports containing personal numbers. The court enacted that the issue should be accounted for while drafting the law "On the register of population".
