From the beginning of 2006 "Biełpošta" (Belarusian Post) introduces a new payment system – single private account.

As conceived by "Biełpošta" management, one could pay for all the services from one’s own dwelling. In order to exercise the payment, a computer and internet connection would be sufficient. All the payments will be done from a single place, receiving one cheque and going through one single operation.
