Announcement of the Constitutional Court’s decision to the government reference concerning the prolongation of validity term of the stamp allowing repeated exit to all countries of the world has been postponed from September 26 to October 4, 2005. The hearing of the issue took place in the Constitutional Court on September 19, 2005. The representatives of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Frontier Forces committee supported extension to the term of validity of the stamp allowing repeated exit abroad.
It should be noted that, according to the decision rendered by the Constitutional Court in 2002, 2006 is the last year when passport stamping allowing temporary exit abroad is valid.
