E-government as a Concept of Public Administration in Information Society | Alena Sidarovič | 26.3.2006

Review of the article. Full version available in the Belarusian part of the journal:

The author of the article posits the onset of e-government era, defining it as a new system of government- public relations, influenced by Internet-technologies and altering the previous model of public administration. The rising of e-governance system is to proceed in three stages, while there is a number of principles according to which the system should be erected. The author outlines the main features of the future system, uncovers the hidden prospects it grants and distribution of functions within the e-government scope.
